たてまし【建て増し】

～する add to 《a building》; extend 《a building》; build on; build an annex [an extension] 《to a house》; make extensions; enlarge 《a house》.

●2 部屋建て増しする build [add, make] two more rooms (to one's house); build on two rooms

・新たに建物のそでを建て増しする add a new wing to a building; build (on) a new wing.
